ISLAMABAD: Abdul Wali Khan University Administrator Fayaz Ali Shah rejected a registrar signed notification by saying that the administration never issued the suspension of student Mashal Khan.
He further said the notification had several errors. Although the notification was issued with the signature of Assistant Registrar, he was kept uninformed over the notification issue.
A decision was taken to stop the furious students. Beofre the notification could have been passed, Mashal Khan was killed in the incident.
