OTTAWA: Pakistani Nobel laureate Malala Yousafzai met Canadian Prime Minister (PM) Justin Trudeau on Friday.
Trudeau shared a picture of the meeting on Twitter and said, “Great to catch up with Malala today in Ottawa.”
According to the tweet, they talked about “The important work of the G7 Gender Equality Advisory Council and our commitment to making sure more women & girls around the world get to go to school.”

In response to Trudeau’s tweet, Malala thanked Canadian PM in a tweet and said, “So happy to be back in Canada today!, Thank you Prime Minister for your time and your commitment to education for every child.”
